SBC UPG Update for 4100 and 5100B

Purpose: This set of instructions is intended to explain how to upgrade your modem firmware to the latest version, 53. This version contains fixes for AOL for Broadband 9.0, DSL power-off enhancements, a fix for restoring the modem’s memory, multiple fixes to the statistics web page, enhancements to DHCP, and a security fix.

Please click on the picture that best resembles your modem. If you are unsure, you can find the model number on the bottom of the modem.
